What you need to know

  • Book your online ticket above. Pre-booking online is no longer mandatory, but to ensure a good flow at the cash registers, we recommend that you book tickets online in advance.
  • Move your visit to another date if you have health problems. Please contact Global Ticket via support@globalticket.nl or +31 (0)20 244 0181.

Your ticket is only valid on the selected date and time.

We accept both printed and digital tickets. If you’re not able to print your ticket, no problem! Just bring your smartphone or tablet with you to the museum. Naturally, check if the battery is sufficiently charged.

Purchasing your ticket online in advance means you benefit from priority access without having to visit the ticket office.

No ticket is necessary to visit the museum shop and restaurant.
